Re-touch challenge #2

Rules:
Copy the image underneath and give it a makeover. :) There has to be nice neat makeup, nice hair and neat background and colouring. Oh and don't forget the hair. :) You can also add a background or text to make the image look good.You can enter this challenge easier if you have paint shop pro but you can do it on paint too. But it would be difficult. You can use on paint shop pro...the dodge tool,soften tool and you can use the fill for the background colour.Add text please and put on your site name.
